For Faculty Teaching Positions, please include a resume, three letters of reference and responses to each of the following three questions/tasks: 

(1) "How can technology be leveraged in a high school classroom to individualize the learning experience for students?"

(2) "How do you use formative assessment to individualize your students’ learning experience? Be specific about the types of formative assessment you use (have used) within your subject area, and how that informs your lesson planning."

(3) “Submit a lesson plan you have developed for a lesson in the subject area for which you are applying. Include learning objectives, lesson activities, and assessment. Also include what technology you will use to support student learning.”
