Staff Employment Opportunities: 

Help Desk Engineer (St. Louis, MO)

We are looking for loyal, personable and gifted technician to provide monitoring, management and hardware support services for our school.  Position requires at least 1 year of proven help desk support experience, thorough PC knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. A+ certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will:

• be highly organized and professional
• be able to self-manage
• have good written and oral communication skills
• possess an inclination for learning new technologies quickly 
• have Help Desk and / or NOC experience and / or onsite support experience 
• have network support skills
• have strong interpersonal skills

Your compensation will be based on your skills and experience.
